Destiny 2 is Bungie's online sci-fi first-person shooter with RPG progression, free to start on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Players use it for co-op strikes, raids and dungeons and for Crucible PvP. Sign-in and activities run on Bungie's servers, while Bungie.net and the API behind companion apps go offline separately during maintenance. Bungie posts outages and update timelines on its Destiny Server and Update Status page.
