About Netflix
Netflix is a subscription streaming service for films, series, documentaries and games, watched in browsers and in apps on TVs, phones and consoles. Sign-in, browsing, playback and single device platforms can fail separately, and many apparent outages are account blocks: household checks, stream limits or failed payments. Netflix posts service-wide problems on its Is Netflix Down? page at help.netflix.com/is-netflix-down.
