About Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact is HoYoverse's free-to-play open-world action RPG for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS and Android, built around exploring Teyvat with a party of four characters. It runs on four separate server regions (America, Europe, Asia, TW/HK/MO), so an outage can hit one region only. Each version update brings about five hours of planned maintenance. HoYoverse posts notices in game and on @GenshinImpact on X.
