About NOW TV
NOW is Sky's contract-free streaming service in the UK and Ireland, offering Entertainment, Cinema and Sports memberships on apps, smart TVs, consoles and the NOW Smart Stick, plus NOW Broadband in the UK. Streaming, account and payments, and broadband can fail separately. NOW runs an official status checker for broadband and phone outages, TV technical issues and account problems, and publishes error code guides for each device.
