About Oura Ring

Oura Ring is a smart ring paired with the Oura app that tracks sleep, readiness, heart rate and activity. Data moves from the ring to your phone over Bluetooth and then to Oura's cloud, so a sync failure can come from the ring, the phone or Oura's servers. The membership, the app's insights and partner integrations such as Apple Health can fail separately from ring recording.
